Our Material Selection Package will provide you a detailed list of curated material to achieve the same level of design that you see in our Portfolio for your build project. You will enter into a unique and exclusive Amanda George Interior Design process, similar to what our Full-Service clients receive, however the difference is you will have the intention of executing the purchasing, installation, project management and styling with your own General Contractor.

*Prices are based off the square footage and complexity of the project. Baseline price is calculated for 1200sqft or less project.

Our Material Selection Only Process:

1) After having a "Discovery Call" and "Initial Consultation" with us, you can purchase and begin the Material Selection Process. First, we will set up an appointment for Amanda to take photos and discuss the exact material required for your project (ie: flooring, plumbing, electrical, wall treatments, window treatments, etc.). During this design appointment, we will dive deep into Discovery to explore and better understand your design style and the functionality of the space, we will also discuss the budget. Due to the nature of this design package, it is highly recommended that all adult parties involved in the project are present during this meeting and all architectural/engineering documentation are complete and present.

2) After this meeting, Amanda will schedule (up to three) Showroom Field Trips for you and your family to view and select available products for your home. This will be to be accomplished over the duration of 4-6 weeks (or longer depending on the scale of the project). Some showrooms only have “workday” business hours, so Amanda will work with your schedules as best as possible to get these scheduled. Amanda will also be working diligently on your behalf reviewing your specifications, style ideas, design goals and discuss any foreseeable obstacles we will face so that we can fully encompass the scope of the job in as much detail as possible.

3) When our Material Selections and Design Plan is complete, Amanda will meet with you and walk you through the Design Plan Presentation. We'll include as much detail as possible so that we can pass the design baton to you (or your General Contractor) to execute the purchasing, installation, and project management of the space.

4) After we've presented your design, you'll have the ability to follow-up with us over one email to answer any questions you have about your Design Plan. We will also make one revision (per group) to the material selection items if you wish to alternative options or if a change is required.
